.........Health Search New England includes the following
services. Modifications will be made to fit the client's
requirements.

-An initial site visit to the client by HSNE recruiter for an
analysis of the project.

-Screening and presentation of the Curriculum Vitae of
candidates whom we feel would be most suitable for the
particular job opportunit.y

-Evaluation of family needs (spouse occupation, family
educational requirements, desired hobbies and recreational
activities of family members).

-Reference checks via phone or written references, if requested
by the client.

-Coordination of candidate site visits and arrangement of travel
for candidates and their families.

-Liaison with the candidate during contract negotiations.

.........Travel for candidates is arranged and prepaid by HSNE
and then billed, with no interest, to the client. Advertisements
are also written and submitted to pre-approved journals.
Special mass mailings are billed to clients. Mass e-mails, phone
expenses and most administrative costs are not billed to
clients. Mailings include personal letters to residents, residency
directors, and physicians in practice.
